Roles We're Looking For
Stage Hands
Support load-ins, load-outs, cabling, set placement, and general production labor with efficiency and professionalism.
Engineers (Rigging & Structural)
Review, approve, and advise on rigging layouts and structural safety for lighting and production systems.
Follow Spot Operators
Operate follow spots with precision and responsiveness for worship services, concerts, and theatrical productions.
Lighting Operators / Console Programmers
Run lighting consoles—primarily MA3—for pre-programmed shows and assist with cueing, playback, and system operations.
Drafters (Vectorworks)
Create accurate lighting plots, rigging plans, and 3D drawings in Vectorworks Spotlight to support design and production.
Gear Sales & Rentals
Provide lighting, rigging, and production equipment for rental or purchase, supporting projects with reliable gear and service.
